Officer in Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments at Tablets, Capsules products formulation at Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh. Interested and eligible candidates can apply.

DEPARTMENT:  QA / QC

DESIGNATION: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

QUALIFICATION: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 8 yrs

LOCATION: Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

DEPARTMENT:  Quality Assurance (IPQA)

DESIGNATION: Officer / Sr. Officer 

QUALIFICATION: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 5 yrs

LOCATION: Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Line clearance in dispensing, manufacturing and packing area 

In process sampling and sampling for hold time, process validation and cleaning validation 

AQL of bulk finished product 

Operation and calibration of IPQC instruments. 

Knowledge of CGMP compliance 

In process activities id OSD / Liquid / Soft Gel section. 

DEPARTMENT:  Quality Assurance (Validation)

DESIGNATION: Executive / Sr. Officer 

QUALIFICATION: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 yrs

LOCATION: Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Having knowledge of utility qualification (HVAC, Water system, Compressed air system, RLAF / LAF) 

Having knowledge of process validation, hold time, cleaning validation. 

Having knowledge of Equipment Qualification. 

DEPARTMENT:  Quality Assurance (QMS)

DESIGNATION: Executive / Sr. Officer 

QUALIFICATION: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 yrs

LOCATION: Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good Knowledge of Change Control management. 

Market Complaint, Deviation & its Investigation 

CAPA system (tracking, evaluation, follow ups) 

Documentation control system. 

Quality Risk Management. -APQR. 

DEPARTMENT:  Quality Control (Analyst)

DESIGNATION: Officer / Sr. Officer 

QUALIFICATION:  M.sc Chemistry / Pharmaceuticals chemistry.

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 yrs

LOCATION: Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Having Good exposure of Finish product/stability testing 

Handling of HPLC, GC, AAS, UV, spectrophotometer. 

Knowledge of empower 3 software 

Knowledge of AMV and Technology transfer 

Knowledge on data integrity and 21 CFR part 11 compliance Knowledge of GL/GOP 

“Knowledge of management of calibration of all analytical instrument 

DEPARTMENT:  Quality Control (Microbiology)

DESIGNATION: Officer 

QUALIFICATION:  M.sc Microbiology

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 6 yrs

LOCATION: Paonta Sahib Unit in Himachal Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge of Environment monitoring.

Water and MLT Testing 

Microbial limit test, bioburden test.
