QUALIFICATIONS:
 
1.       Diploma Mechanical engineering for Manufacturing
2.       B.Sc. (Chemistry) for Manufacturing or Quality Function
3.       M.Sc. (Organic/Industrial/Analytical Chemistry) for Manufacturing or Quality Function
4.       B. Pharm for Manufacturing or Quality Function
5.       M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Technology/ Pharmaceutics/ QA) for Quality function / Technology Transfer Function
6.       M.B.A (Operations/Supply Chain Management) for Supply Chain Management Function
7.       BE ( Electrical and Instrumentation batch of 2021,2022 )

JOB ROLE/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Diploma/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm (Manufacturing)
Operation & Maintenance of Production machine.
Assess, monitor and review activities in the area to achieve required results.
Process optimization & yield improvement.
Trouble-shooting with respect to machine operations.
Documentation and Record Reporting.

2. B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm (Quality)
Perform activities assigned by Reporting Manager.
Perform in process and sampling activity like Blend Uniformity sampling, Swab sampling, controlled sample etc.
Perform Wet Lab analysis of product samples.
Calibration of  QC Lab Instruments.
Preparation of review of documents related to the area.

3.M.B.A
Tracking manufacturing & packing plan with
gap analysis.
MIS preparation.
Coordination with other depts.
Process mapping.
4.B.Pharm/M. Pharm (Technology Transfer)
Initiation of New Product Introduction (NPI) procedure for
new product manufacturing at manufacturing site.
To execute trial and Scale up batches.
To prepare and review Exhibit batches, Batch
manufacturing record (BMR) and Batch packaging record
(BPR) summary reports.
To prepare product process related risk assessment

.Process mapping and Coordination with other depts.

5.B.E / B.Tech
Trouble-shooting with respect to machine operations.
Preventive maintenance and requalification of equipment’s
Coordinate with equipment vendor / supplier. Spare parts procurement and maintenance
Review digital reports of equipment for exception and report
Documentation and record reporting.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS:
•       Aggregate Percentage: Min 50% in all semester with no active arrears/backlogs.
•       Year of passing: Pass out batch of 2020, 2021 & 2022 (No backlog/ATKT).
•       Candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts including nightshift.
•       Proficient in English (written and oral communication).
•       The person should be well acquainted with Computers & MS Office.
•       Good Interpersonal skills.
PROCESS OF INTERVIEW:
1.       Written Test  - Aptitude Test / English Proficiency (only for B.Sc. & Diploma) & Technical Test i.e. subject related.
2.       Qualified students will have personal interview.
