Job Responsibilities:

Comprehend and stay abreast of client policies and directives. Uphold and implement platform community standards, contributing to the creation of a secure platform while adeptly handling any violations of policies. Scrutinize and pinpoint content (including user-generated content, live streams, chat messages, and video uploads, occasionally featuring graphic, discriminatory, or otherwise unsettling subjects in text or video formats) that deviates from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. Highlight such instances for appropriate action within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards. Generate reports and documentations following specified guidelines. Consistently uphold and enforce platform community standards, actively participating in fostering a secure platform and addressing policy breaches. Identify emerging trends and patterns, and escalate issues that fall beyond established policies. Familiarity with online communities, gaming culture, and streaming platforms is considered advantageous.

Preferred candidate profile


Ability to work independently

Good communication skills, both verbal and oral

Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

Organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently

Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard

Have a neutral mindset towards different video content that needs classification, regardless of the content itself

Result-oriented, self-motivated, independent and inquisitive

Able to thrive in a fast-paced and team oriented environment

Interested in social media and current events.

Minimal proficiency using Google products, including Gmail, Calendar or Google Drive

Knowledgeable with channels that provide on demand Video

Knowledgeable about use of Twitter, YT, Spotify, YT Music etc

Basic knowledge of Continents, countries, awareness about Global issues around Human rights, Misinformation and equality, have some knowledge of social norms and acceptable social/ cultural topics that impact human race
